Program Features


Posters with a wide variety of topics based on the four conference tracks will be displayed every day. Each conference day will have a different set of posters. Presenters will be at their posters at designated time to provide further information and answer questions.

Satellite sessions

As supplements to the Official Conference program, development partners, civil society and private sectors will host satellite sessions on specific issues related to SRHR. They will pay for hosting these activities.

We invite development partners, civil society and the private sector to host satellite sessions on issues related to sexual and reproductive health and rights in the 7th APCRSHR. These are held after the Conference hours. Each session can accommodate 100-150 people with minimum of 90 minutes allocation per host. Limited slots are available so we encourage you to reserve early. The rates include the room and facilities.

The 7th APCRSHR welcomes your organization to showcase through an exhibit booth your services, products, innovative works and other relevant information to the diverse audience of the Conference, which include NGOs, policymakers, practitioners, program and project implementers and international development organizations. The exhibitor is entitled to one (1) Exhibitor badge, access to coffee and tea area and inclusion of Exhibitor’s write-up (50 words) to the Conference Program.

Separate rates are provided for business sector and non-profit organizations based on the cut-off date of payment of fee for exhibitors.

Youth groups will stream live events of the 7th APCRSHR over the internet to expand their community and to engage young people from other Asia Pacific countries who are unable to physically join the conference in the Philippines.

Field visits

The conference will organize field visits to a comprehensive range of government and non-governmental organizations within Metro Manila that are involved in promoting, providing and empowering communities and groups in upholding their SRHR. These include organizations that are involved in development work and are associated with women, men, adolescents and youth, elderly and communities with specific and special needs.

Publications Station

There will be a specific space for promotional materials such as brochures, publications and announcements. Interested organizations will be allowed to display and distribute their publications up to 500 copies only per organization. A request for space specifying the types, size and number of publication will be sent through email : to the Convenor. Once approved, the organization concerned is responsible for the shipment or transport of these publications.

Internet Station

There will be 3 internet stations to allow delegates to use the internet for free. Delegates are advised to limit the use of the internet to at most 30 minutes for use of other delegates.
