Registration Arrangements

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Registration fees must be paid in US Dollars for foreign delegates.

  • All dates and times mentioned refer to  Manila Time.


We urge all delegates to register early.  The registration fee for regular delegates includes:  Conference bag and other conference material; entry to all sessions, the exhibition and poster area, the youth village and the opening and closing session.

If the  completed  registration form and the full payment of the registration fee are received on or before June 30, 2014, a conference bag with the program, CD-ROM of approved abstracts and other conference materials will be available to you as soon as we issue your conference ID card in the conference venue.  Please wear your conference ID Card at all time  during the conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) for overseas participants and Philippine Peso (PhP) for local participants. Registration fees are as follows.

Registration fees will cover:

  • Admission to the conference

  • Conference publications

  • Field visit (on a first come, first served basis)

  • Welcome reception

  • Conference tea breaks and lunches


Payment

Payment can be made by banker’s orders/banker’s check/cashier’s order or telegraphic transfer only. Payments can be made thru bank telegraphic transfer and online using Visa and Mastercard credit card for foreign delegates.  Telegraphic transfer will only be accepted if transacted at least one month before the conference.

Local delegates can deposit their payment (Cash or Company checks) directly to any branch of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) nationwide.  Scanned copy of deposit slip must be emailed to maemariecea@7apcrshrmanila.org for validation and recording of payment.

Cancellation of registration

Should you, for whatever reason, be unable to attend the conference, it is possible to send a replacement or cancel your registration.  Please notify the 7th APCRSHR Secretariat of such a change as soon as possible.

Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name and reference number) and sent to the 7th APCRSHR Secretariat.

In case of cancellation:

  • Before 30 June 2013 you will receive a  refund with a deduction of USD50.00 (PhP1,120 for Filipino participants) for administration cost.

  • Between 1st July 2013 to 15 November 2013, you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fees.

  • No refund will be made for cancellation after 15th November 2013.


In case of change of participant:

Transfer of registration of participant will be allowed with a payment of USD 50.00 (and P1,120 for Filipino participants) for administration cost and must be applied in writing at least one month before the Conference.
